Where do you ship your product from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Burlington, Iowa, USA.

 

 

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada and most international countries.  Please contact us for specific information.

 

 

What currency am I shopping in on vagabondbeach.com?
You are shopping in US dollars.

 

 

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club, and Discover at this time.  We also offer you the option to pay with PayPal.

 

 

What are the washing care instructions for my new Vagabond round towel?
Please machine wash the towel separately before use, using cold water and the gentle cycle.  Tumble dry low and do not iron.  It is recommended that you wash separately before first use.  Do not bleach and avoid contact with products containing Benzoyl Peroxide.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process orders during our regular business hours; Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Central Time Zone.  We do not process orders during weekends or national holidays.  Our goal is to have orders ready for shipping carrier pick-up within 1 to 2 business days.  Transit times depend on the destination as well as the shipping method.  For more information about shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

 

I haven’t received my order yet / There is no movement showing on my tracking number?
An email with tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we create the shipping label for your package. The email will contain a link with the tracking number for you to click on for the current tracking information.  You will not see any movement until the label is scanned during pick up by the shipping carrier.  If you do not receive this information, please send us an email and we will reply with the tracking information.   If more detailed information is needed for your package, please follow up directly with the appropriate shipping carrier.  If you have any additional questions or problems please contact us by emailing help@vagabondbeach.com and we will be happy to help you!

 

 

Can I return the product I just bought?
We are very sorry that you have an issue with one of our products.  We have a 100% Vagabond Satisfaction Guarantee.  Please refer to our Returns Policy for specific details.

 

 

What are my delivery options?

Will I be charged any taxes?
Since Vagabond's shipping warehouse is located in Iowa, state law requires we collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in the state of Iowa.  Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information about customs and duties fees for international orders.

 

 

How do I sign up to buy wholesale?
