Q: How do I join Vagabond's Loyalty Rewards Program?

A: All customers that have signed up for website accounts on www.vagabondbeach.com are automatically enrolled in the program.  If you don't have one set up already, you can create a website account to join today!

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Please see below:

  • Create a website account = +25 Points
  • Complete an Order = +1 Point for every $1 spent excluding any shipping charges, taxes, and gift card purchases.
  • Share our www.vagabondbeach.com website address on Facebook = +1 point per share (5 shares per week max)
  • Share our www.vagabondbeach.com website address on Twitter = +1 point per share (5 shares per week max)
  • Refer a Friend = +50 points for every new friend referral that successfully completes a first time purchase.

Q: What are the rewards I can earn with my points?

A: Please see below:

You will receive a $15 Discount Coupon to use on any purchase - After you earn 200 Points
You will receive a $40 Discount Coupon to use on any purchase - After you earn 400 Points
You will receive a $89 Discount Coupon to use on any purchase - After you earn 600 Points

Q: How do I check my point total balance and redeem rewards?

A: Log in to your www.vagabondbeach.com website account and click on the Vagabond Loyalty Program tab on the right side of the page (bottom for mobile).

Q: How do I use my rewards?

A: Rewards are issued as discount coupon codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout.  Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Q: Will my referred friend get any discount for their first purchase?

A: Yes, your referred friend will get a coupon for 10% off their first purchase in their email.  Each referred customer will get a unique discount code.  After your referred friend completes their purchase you will earn 50 reward points.

Q: Why am I not earning any points?

A: There are a few reasons why you might not be earning points:

  1. Your order status is not yet at "Shipped" or "Complete." Once we have shipped your order, you will be rewarded for your earned points.
  2. You are checking out as a guest and not signed in to your account.  Please login to your website account first.
  3. If you find you are not earning points for your referred friends, please verify that your friend used the referral coupon code (that was emailed to them) when checking out. This is how your accounts are linked together.

Q: Are Wholesale Customers eligible for the Loyalty Program?

A: No, not at this time.  These reward points are only for non-wholesale customers.

By creating an account and signing up to be a part of Vagabond’s Loyalty Program, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions stated below:

I hereby apply to be a member of Vagabond's Loyalty Program and the information I provide to the Vagabond Loyalty Program will allow Vagabond to:
(a) keep track of my purchases,
(b) allocate points according to my purchases,
(c) update me periodically about Vagabond's sales programs through which I may earn loyalty points, and,
(d) update Vagabond's organization of customer preferences and tags so that Vagabond may be able to serve consumers better.

I also consent to:
(a) Vagabond's collection and use of the data required by Vagabond's Loyalty Program application, and,
(b) the Vagabond Loyalty Program terms and conditions set out on this page, and to Vagabond’s data protection parameters set out in our Privacy Policy, and,
(c) Vagabond sharing the same information within Vagabond's group of companies that are established worldwide, for the purposes stated above.

1. Vagabond reserves the right to delete accumulated points from member accounts after an inactive period of 18 months.

2. You may check your Vagabond Loyalty Program points accumulated by logging into your account at www.vagabondbeach.com or we will send you email updates each time your account total changes.

3. Vagabond reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Vagabond Loyalty Program at any time. In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Vagabond will notify its subscribers via email or postal mailing, as well as communicate this on our website. Customers will not receive any compensation from Vagabond in the event of modification or suspension of the Vagabond Loyalty Program.

4. Customers who require Vagbond to delete the Customer's data from Vagabond's database will forthwith lose any and all loyalty points accumulated by the Customer in that database.

5. Vagabond reserves the right to:

(a) permanently disable or suspend the Vagabond Loyalty Program in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the Customer at www.vagabondbeach.com, www.facebook.com, www.twitter.com, or by the member's inappropriate use of the Vagabond Loyalty Program, and
(b) terminate the Vagabond Loyalty Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. In which event, members will be given a period of 60 days to use up his or her loyalty points, and upon the expiry of the said period of 60 days, any balance loyalty points unused will be forfeited and invalidated.
(c) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the Vagabond Loyalty Program, Vagabond will NOT be liable to members for unused points.

6. Vagabond shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Vagabond Loyalty Program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.

7. Vagabond may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion, revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Vagabond has made. Members understand and agree that any use of the Vagabond Loyalty Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.

8. The Customer will be limited to five (5) each social media shares per week on both Facebook and Twitter.  Any shares more than this, the customer will not get credit for, and Vagabond will remove the associated points on their account over the limit.

9. Any reward points that are earned from a purchase will be removed if the Customer returns the item. 

10. No additional reward points are earned from using your Discount Coupon's redeemed points.

11. The reward points are only redeemable for the rewards listed above.  The reward points have no monetary value and can not be exchanged for cash or other forms of currency.

12. There is no maximum total for points that you can earn.  Have fun! :)
